Time to begin again

Time to go back to University tomorrow, so it's time again to start walking down to the sea.
The sea can really cheer me up because its raw energy just lifts my spirit, but there is also another reason for going down there. When I go down to Moesgård beach, I think about a good friend of mine. She really misses the beach here in Denmark and I think of her when I see the water.
So what is so magic about the water? Well it's the memories mostly. Normally when people visits the beach, it's sunny and warm. Beaches can also host some really cool parties, I have never experienced one though but maybe I will someday. The memories are not all good though. Mostly walking with bare feet in the sand. Somehow I always find a way to cut my toes on the rocks or on hidden glass. There is sand everywhere. I had a friend a long time ago, who had on these really tiny speedoes. We went to the beach at the west coast and had fun. When we got home, he pulled down his speedoes and a pound of sand fell from his crutch onto my carpet. Since then I think of this really flabby guy dropping trow, and letting wet sand fall on my floor. Eww.
When my good friend returns to Århus, I hope that she will bring me some good memories from the beach. Just to be a part of her enthusiasm for the place will make it a good time for me. Also to see a sunrise or a sunset with a really good friend at the beach sounds so good, because it's with her.
Maybe I can take her fishing there at some point, even though she finds fishing really boring, but maybe she wont if I combine the fishing with a sunset or something similar. Well one can only hope.

Hey world, i've gone blogging

My first blog. What to do, what to do? Well I'm writing a paper right now, but i have a lot on my chest. I will start with one of my poems, written to one of my best friends. An amazing girl who will go far in the world I'm sure.
I will update the blog whenever i have something on my chest, which is quite often.

Here's the Poem:

The Moth.

There is this moth, tempted by the halogen lights
It has seen a whole night, filled with fate and fights
It saw many people, both hurting and sad
Some where Jealous and some where really mad
The first thing the moth saw in it's unconscious flight
Was a woman who had a terrible fright
She was follow by a shadow all of the night
It was only there when she walked under the light
Maybe she was just paranoid, thinking funny things
Because following her would be impossible without wings
So the moth thinks, It was her guardian angel
But who can tell it's was the wrong angle
To some the the angel is a scary stalker
To others a harmless street walker
Oh here comes the man who had his heart broken
With a gray look in his face and her hair as a token
He just sits there staring at empty space
The pain and hurt is painted in his face
This was the day he would finally tell her how he felt
She would kiss him hard and her heart would finally melt.
But there's a long way from what could be to what was.
And now he just sits there shaking and at a loss
The moth feels like seeing something nice.
It hits the sealing once and then twice
In comes and woman and a friend
They sit down in the seats near the buses end
One says, he is a rotten apple, not really that good for you.
I can see him making you upset and not being true
If you stay with him, he will make you hurt
So I'm telling you as a friend, please be alert.
The rest of the night is filled with peoples destinies
Both sad faces and happy identities
The moth even saw the girl of someones dreams
She was on the bus half an hour ago it seems
The boy in question is on the bus right now
He looks up at the moth and raises a brow
The moth looks down and thinks, You're to late.
Now you will never meet your soul mate
The moth keeps on banging against the light
It's always so close but can't get to it in flight
And it will never get to it, it seems
But it will always reach it in it's dreams
How simple the life of a moth must be
Flying into every light that it can see.
But the moth would probably chose the life of man.
Because in five seconds it will be killed by the sealing fan
It now drops to the ground, it's wings are gone.
As it drops down, up comes the dawn.

I saw the moth in the bus, going to university in the darkest morning of November last year. May it have reached the light.
